Outgoing Chair of Bendigo Health’s Fundraising Advisory Board, Dianne Foggo AM, today welcomes local business professional Trevor Elliott into the role of Chair which is tasked with raising philanthropic funds for Bendigo Health.
Ms Foggo sighted the recent launch of the Fundraising Advisory Board’s Strategic Plan as a highlight of her time as Chair, “Our Strategic Plan sets the direction for the coming three years with a clear focus on aligning our fundraising efforts to Bendigo health’s Strategic Goals. The Board wants to see expansion of wellness programs within the Gobbé Wellness Centre and will continue to support the mental health exercise program. We will build additional patient accommodation and raise funds to build a dedicated paediatric rehabilitation playground.” Ms Foggo said.
“I am incredibly proud to have led a team of dedicated and passionate community members who share a vision to support Bendigo Health to provide Excellent Care to every person, every time.” Ms Foggo said.
Incoming Chair Trevor Elliott is actively involved with many community organisations and holds a range of Board positions. Handover of the Fundraising Advisory Board Chair will take place at a luncheon today at Bendigo Health’s Wellness Centre.
The Bendigo Health Fundraising Advisory Board is a sub-committee of the Board of Bendigo Health, of which both Ms Foggo and Mr Elliott are also members.
