Woohoo, feeling accomplished that i’ve followed through with my monthly goals and being consistent. Thank you for your donations and support.

Moving Monday

Wednesday 25th Oct
Had a fitness free Friday so got back on track with a trash wall Monday and a zumba session. Rolling in to the last week of the month nicely.

Taking advantage of the warm weather to get some more work done in the garden.

Today’s Movement

Tuesday 17th Oct
Today’s movement involved pulling weeds, lots of them. Apparently that’s a cardio exercise and i’ve got plenty of them, so anyone looking for a free gym i’ll give you my address.☘️🌿🌾

Monday Madness

Tuesday 17th Oct
Clocking up 2 hrs for Monday and pushing past half way on my monthly goal with a nice 5k bush walk followed by an hour of Zumba. Really loving the push to find more places to explore around my local area.

Trash Stash Friday

Friday 13th Oct
Todays trash walk bring my hours back to what has already been logged so i’m back on track and ready knock out the rest of the month.

Wednesday Walk

Thursday 12th Oct
Adding in my 1 Hr Walk yesterday my tally now stands at 7hrs of activity and 25kms walked. Fitbit went rogue and started tallying exercise not completed so for the purpose of honesty to myself i’ll be not logging until I catch up to what’s been recorded.

Friday Fun

Friday 6th Oct
Slower walk today because I revived a habit that I enjoyed last year in summer of walking the bush near home and collecting litter on the way. First time has yielded a large bag of heavy bottles and cans, making the return walk rather strenuous. Hopefully next week the bag is less full😅
