No such thing as too busy to care!

It may seem like a campaign would be enough for a person to manage, but in my years as a nurse I have seen the outcomes of mental health problems on more people than I can count.  And I've watched as people known to me have struggled to get the care they need to look after their mental health.  So I'm proud to take part in Move for Mental Health, to try to help make it a little easier for people to access the mental health care they need.  I'd be very thankful if you supported this fundraiser, where 100% of the proceeds go to Bendigo Health, but if you're not in a position to in these tough times, I understand.  If you can't help financially, perhaps you could share this post on your page, or join the fundraiser yourself, or just talk to the people around you about how they are going.  Every step taken to improve mental health is  step in the right direction.
